Zim & Zou
Zim & Zou are two french artist focus on installations using handcrafted objects using paper, wood, thread and others tangible materials. Most of the technique and material they used is paper to cut, fold, glue and created a most eye-catching paper illustrations around.
One of their latest work is The Art of Saving a Life. They were inspired by the global goal to reach all children with the vaccines they need by 2020. So they crated a craft using paster color paper to crated this tools used to give vaccines, including traditional needles and syringes. “The clean composition and the quantity of the elements introduces the idea of numbers, order, professionalism and devotion to the cause,” they write. The pastel color ideas is an inspiration they choosed to brings us to kids world which is full of joy and life. “There’s nothing more important than a child in good health. By our small gesture, we hope to encourage people to make their own small gesture, and thus help to reach every child by 2020, all together.”
