The big blue social network is everywhere these days, permeating seemingly every aspect of our lives. Though it has numerous uses and provides a great way to stay in touch with long lost loved ones, there’s numerous negative aspects as well. Privacy concerns and a growing number of people dealing with a Facebook addiction are perhaps the two most concerning.
Polish artist Pawel Kuczynski’s newest series of Facebook illustrations addresses these problems, and provides an insightful commentary on the social network’s ever-growing entrenchment on our lives. He takes a look at the way the social network has repeatedly overstepped its bounds, and the way some of us have become far too dependent on the network as a form of communication.
